I didn't have any luck with that method but I was able to employ another work-around as provided by Steve over at lightscribe.tv. He has a DL link for the system files. You can paste the system files to a USB flash drive or to your PC and run the SimpleLabeller that way. That solution has not had any effect on my inability to use the Lightscribe feature within Nero Cover Designer.Still can't print labels from that program. Also a new development with my LG multi CD/DVD lightscribe burner: Windows10 now telling me my lightscribe disks are not writable format. I can use the labeller but now can't write data to a lightscribe disk. Ok so over the past few months we have worked together and solved a common issue. Great job to each of you for your dedication and hard work.
The Lightscribe issue appears to have a few easy solutions.1. The way I described above2. The way Chuck777 did it to get both the simple and template labeler to work. (please describe the steps you took to get the Template Labeler to work, or did you just follow my steps but only with the template labeler instead of the simple labeler)3.
With the added knowledge that Clif1 added, Turn off your antivirus before installing any thing you are having issues with.
